After a four-year collaboration, we completed the technology transfer of our GaN transistor modelling and characterization techniques to Sumitomo Electric Industries (SEI). We are very proud to see ETLab low-frequency load-pull and dynamic-bias setups at SEI’s Yokohama facilities. It was an honor and a pleasure to collaborate with excellent researchers such as Mr. Kazutaka Inoue, Mr. Norihiko Ui, and Dr. Hiroshi Yamamoto. Special thanks to Dr. Ken Kikuchi, who recently got his PhD degree at the Department of Engineering (DE) of the University of Ferrara, and Dr. Sergio Di Falco, one of our former PhD students, who worked hard to initiate this exciting cooperation.
